Quan is a 6 year old boy who was born prematurely and has cognitive limitations and developmental delays. His father works hard as a motor bike repair mechanic. His mother is currently without a job and looking for employment. Quan is outgoing and arrives happily at the program each day. He enjoys doing the morning exercises led by the teachers. Quan has learned to speak since he began at the Center five months ago! He is also learning some basic concepts such as sizes, shapes, and colors.
