The Foundation sponsors a preschool and kindergarten education program as well as a nutrition program at the Center for Reintegration and Child Care (CRAN) in Bogotá, Colombia, serving as many as three hundred children under the age of ten at any time. CRAN was founded in 1978 and is a licensed child protection organization.

We support teacher training and salaries to sustain a program that provides quality education to 55 children between the ages of 3-5 at any given time in a fun and safe learning environment. We provide these children, as well as others benefiting from CRAN's programs, with 70% of their daily nutrition.

These kids come from the poorest and most vulnerable families. We work with CRAN to provide assistance to the families of these children in order to prevent situations where the child cannot remain at home. Our goals through these programs are the development of emotional, social and cognitive skills in children, strengthened families and community links, and the promotion of personal growth.
